Go to the Cruising page and read the cruise report about the twenty one PGSC boats that were anchored among the 58+ boats at Pelican Bay. Always a beautiful site seeing all of the the boats in the anchorage, especially at night.

The 2015 Florida Regular Legislative Session has come to a close. It occurred 3 days earlier than scheduled by way of the House adjourning. Not one bill was adopted that includes any bans on anchoring! Read more

The PGSC Annual steak dinner will be held at the next Club Meeting, May 13, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association. The socializing starts at 6:30 and the meeting will start at 7 p.m. Reservations will be accepted by mail if received by May 1st. Please send your check made out to the Punta Gorda Sailing Club and include your choice of steak or chicken in the memo line.The cost is $10/person. Last names starting with A-L, bring a DESSERT.
